Jesus Christ Superstar Hits 100% of Capacity!!!!!
Jesus Christ Superstar opened last night to a capacity crowd. The entire run is sold-out. The box-office had to double staff and increase hours to deal with the demand.
The performance felt wonderful and had only enough glitches to remind us of how exciting it was to be doing ?live? theatre.
The audience was chomping on the bit to show their appreciation and the final ovation was a spontaneous release of emotions. It was one of, if not the biggest ovation I have experienced at the centre ? particularly for Jesus, Judas and Mary. Way to go!!!!! What a thrill!!!
WOW! I’ve been blown away by ACT’s production of Jesus Christ Superstar. An awesome performance, the orchestra was perfect, the singers, actors, dancers, stage set, costumes - the lot was just fantastic.
Congratulations! I wish there were tickets available, I’d go again in a heart beat!
Thanks to you all for a Wonderful Production.

You have no idea how many people have been contacting the box office trying to get tickets. They describe it as comparable to peak July

My daughter Samantha who is a dancer herself was amazed by everything. The level of energy that we could feel in the audience was incredible. And how about the music?
Just “époustouflante”. And Rob was also a perfect soldier.

Posted by .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) on 11/06 at 03:49 PMit was wonderful! Everyone did such a great job - really put their whole heart and soul into it. We knew many of the performers and that made it a lot more interesting too.
It was great to see a full house - not too often that happens anymore.
Thanks again!

Posted by .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) on 11/06 at 05:12 PMI attended the closing night of JCS tonight, and was completely in awe of the perfomance. It was beautiful and I hated for it to end. It would be great if ACT had more of these type productions at the Confederation Centre. Sold out 3 nights in a row!?!?! Way to go!
