A Graduate of The School Of Rock!

A Charlottetown native, Jeremy graduated from UPEI in 2003 with a Bachelor of Music (with voice as principal instrument).  Jeremy performed in musical productions of My Fair Lady and The Secret Garden while attending Charlottetown Rural High School, and he appeared in several community theatre productions, including a chorus role in ACT’s production of “The Pirates of Penzance”, and he took on he role of “Aeneas” in the UPEI Music Department’s telling of “Dido and Aeneas”.

Hmmm…what could Jeremy want to be when he “grows up”? Click “more” to find out!

Presently writing and rehearsing with an original rock band, Jeremy loves to play any instrument he can get his hands on, though his favourites are guitar and piano.  Jeremy wants to be a rock star when he grows up, and he couldn’t resist the temptation of performing in his favourite musical, not to mention one of his favorite rock albums.  Additionally, he was excited to work with Allie McCrady and Wallena Higgins, as he had so enjoyed working with them at Charlottetown Rural.

When asked about his experience thus far with JCS Jeremy says, “I’m having an incredible time performing with such a wonderful cast and crew!”
