“Sketch-22” Launches Website March 31st!
Sketch-22, last summer’s hit comedy show, has launched a new website at www.sketch22.ca Log on to get the latest updates on preparations for the group’s 2005 summer season. The site also contains bios, video and audio downloads, merchandise, press releases, reviews, and show dates. The Sketch blog is a great spot to discuss pop culture, politics, and anything else under the sun with Sketch members and fellow bloggers. The Sketch-22 website was designed by Jason Alward of Verge, with some graphic content by
Laura O’Brien. Wessie likes!

The Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe
“The Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe” is coming to Charlottetown. The premiere production of The Prince Edward Island Conservatory Theatre brings Jane Wagner’s award winning play “The Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe” in for a landing this April. Signs” was a Tony award winning vehicle for Laugh In’s star Lily Tomlin and Ms. Tomlin herself helped kick the PEI production into high gear.

We are pleased to offer you the first choice of seats for the upcoming production of Patience - our 28th annual Spring production. Patience will run at the Rebecca Cohn Auditorium May 12-14. Performances will also be staged at the Cobequid Educational Centre in Truro on the Victoria Day weekend, and at King’s Theatre in Annapolis Royal on May 28.

The new rates for the Performance Hall has been finalized, please give me a call at 368-4413 for the details. The big change for the hall is artists can now apply for subsidization of up to $50.00 per show. There are still dates left for the summer but they are being booked fast.

ACT presents Community Appreciation Award to Mae Ames
