Shirley Ann Music:
11:00 to 12:00   Money, Casa Rosada, Montage
12:00 to 12:30   Review of chorus parts for: New Argentina, Rainbow High, The Actress, Santa Evita, Lament
12:30 to 1:00   She’s a Diamond (Officers), Goodnight & Thank You (Lovers and Che)

Mark and Julia Stage:
1:00 to 2:00     Scene 15 Eva, Che and Artistocrats
2:00 to 3:00     Scene 23 Eva and Embalmers (Gerry, Sam, Peter, Matt, Claude, Paul)
3:00 to 4:00     Scene 20
4:00 to 5:00     Scene 21

Costume Mistress:
Pam and her fellow sewers are having a sewathon at the Rural on Saturday. They will be in the school from 10:00am to (?)

Please refresh the information on an earlier e-mail sent about costumes. (Sunday)

Pam will want to do some fitting of costumes and she will work around the schedule but please be advised that if you are broken at 1:00pm you may need to stay for 1/2 hour for Pam to get what she requires.

Saturday, January 31

11:00-12:00pm   Beach Street Warehouse - Gerry, Claude, Sam, Peter, Matt and Paul (the cast members who move the Casa Rosada balcony / stair unit - to review with Garney how it comes apart). Also, Eva if you want to come you could walk the stairs etc.

Note: Beach Street is off Kensington Road-it is two streets down, on the left, from the Civic Centre going towards the centre of Charlottetown. The Beach Warehouse is on the left about halfway down the street. It is burgundy and whiite and has a garage on the side in off the street.
Costume Parade- (Charlottetown Rural)

12:30 - 01:00   Eva
01:00 - 01:15   Attendant
01:15 - 01:30   Embalmers
01:30 - 03:00   Che, townsfolk, children

Hair & Makeup Workshop

3:30-5:00pm   Hair and makeup workshop with Sharon Fletcher ( Rural)

Note:  Costume Parade-please bring your shoes plus any other costume bits that you are planning to bring in (e.g. black / charcoal coats, long black skirts, suspenders etc)
          Hair and makeup-you do not need to bring supplies with you. Sharon will demonstrate on a few people
          but not everyone will have their hair done etc.
Sunday, February 1
